 You’ve accepted what may be the most important position in your ministry to the church. In Royal Rangers, the outpost coordinator is the focal point for parents and church leadership, the voice and face of Royal Rangers in the local church, and he is the team leader that helps make this ministry successful. The outpost coordinator holds the top leadership position in the Royal Rangers outpost at the local church.

 

While the key to the success of a Royal Rangers program is the pastor, the pastor needs a go-to man with a vision to coordinate the Royal Ranger ministry. This course should add knowledge to that vision to enable you to fulfill the mission both your pastor and of the Royal Rangers ministry to evangelize, equip, and empower the next generation of Christ-like men and life-long servant leaders.

 

Objectives

In this course you will learn the required qualifications and duties of the Outpost Coordinator including recruiting and training leaders, providing equipment and funding for the Outpost, overseeing outpost planning, and coordinating with the church staff. You will learn how to ensure outpost activities are conducted safely. You are the church’s steward of all physical plant, vehicles and other equipment used by the Outpost.

At the end of the course you will take a quiz. Successful completion of the quiz earns you a certificate of completion which you should print for your records.
