The Rangers Ministry Academy incorporates all aspects of Royal Rangers training, including specific training for church leaders and support staff, junior leaders, adult leaders, and trainers. This process replaces the Leadership Training Academy (LTA) as of Jan. 1, 2011, and incorporates all junior leader training at the local and district levels.
